Sausage Balls
Equipment
- Oven
- Baking sheet (or two)
- Large mixing bowl
Ingredients
- 1lb pork sausage
- 2 cups Bisquick mix
- 1lb shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ΒΌ cup rosemary
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Combine all ingredients until fully incorporated.
- Pick & roll into walnut sized balls.
- Bake for ~25 minutes.
Notes
- This is best served with some kind of jelly to dip as it gives the feeling of eating bite sized breakfast sausage biscuits
- I use a stand mixer to combine the ingredients
- Depending on how large the baking sheet is, you might need multiple or to do them in multiple batches
