Mac & Cheese (Chili Crisp)

Ingredients
- 150g dry noodles
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp Lao Gan Ma Spicy Chili Crisp ((link)[https://www.kroger.com/p/lao-gan-ma-spicy-chili-crisp/0088941700004])
- 2 tbsp gochujang ((link)[https://www.hmart.com/gochujang-hot-pepper-paste-1-1lb-500g—1/p])
- 4 oz sharp cheddar shredded cheese
- 2 oz parmesan cheese
- 2 slices american cheese
- 1 cup shredded chicken
- Salt
Steps
- Start boiling water on the stove
- Add milk, egg, and chili crisp a bowl and mix thoroughly
- Add pasta & salt to the water and cook
- Drain pasta and return it to the pot on low heat
- Add all ingredients except chicken to the pot, stir until fully melted
- Add chicken to the pot and fully mix
- Turn off stove and enjoy
