Ingredients
Filling
- 2 14oz cans of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup key lime juice
- zest of 2 limes
- 7 egg yolks
Crust
Just buy a premade 9 inch graham cracker crust
Steps
Prepare the filling
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Put all filling ingredients into a bowl and whisk them together until fully incorporated
- Pour the filling into the pie crust
- Bake for 25 minutes
- Let cool completely, then refrigerate for however long you like
- Serve with whipped cream
